SUN TRADING LLC CLOSES ON TRANSACTION WITH ENDEAVOR TRADING LLC
Chicago, IL, April 2, 2012 — Sun Holdings, LLC (“Sun”) and Endeavor Trading LLC
(“Endeavor) today announced the closing of their transaction for Sun to acquire substantially all
of the assets used in Endeavor’s proprietary trading operations. The sale of Endeavor’s assets
closed as scheduled on March 30, 2012.
The integration has been completed to allow Sun to begin trading with the opening of today’s
fixed income markets.
“The addition of Endeavor’s approach to trading fixed income combined with our
infrastructure will create opportunities for Sun that have not yet been fully explored. We are
excited about the opportunity to integrate our approach to automation to the fixed income
markets and extend our strategies into new markets and geographies. Our new fixed income
team has the trading expertise which, when combined with Sun’s technology infrastructure
and reach, uniquely positions us in the market place. ” stated Bernard W. Dan, Sun’s Chief
Executive Officer.
Over the next several weeks, Endeavor will wind-up its operations and for now have
consolidated their employees in Sun’s headquarters at 100 S. Wacker Drive in Chicago as Sun
evaluates its alternatives to its facilities.
